The club provides a supportive space where members of all fitness levels can engage in group runs and walks, fostering connections and promoting a healthy lifestyle. By embracing the combination of running and walking, the club aims to create an inclusive environment that caters to a variety of preferences, ensuring that everyone can participate and feel a sense of belonging. The added benefit of the social events outside of our normal meets are a plus. We meet - Mon @ 7.00pm across from The Idle Hour bar followed by social tea and Sat @ 10.00am at Car park entrance to Marina Market followed by social coffees inside.
